Wait. Why is it kettoszaz and not ketszaz?

My own experience is that both of them are used by Hungarians. Though to be honest, I think I hear “kettőszáz” more frequently. I would guess that the reason why is because using “kétszáz” could be easily confused with “hétszáz” (“700”), especially in a business setting such as in a store or restaurant. So for the sake of clarity, they tend to prefer “kettőszáz.”
